Covered houses keep fruiting vegetables on a calendar the open field cannot match. Harvests move into the same cool rooms as outdoor produce, so a buyer can mix both on one pallet.

The holding
From our ground to a shop shelf
KHARKIVSKI HAZONY TOV opened in 2025 as an agro-industrial holding based in Dnipro. The legal desk is at 8-a Zh/m Topolia-3, postal code 49000, in Dnipropetrovska oblast. From that address we run field farms, greenhouse complexes, and the rooms that keep produce and cut stems at a set climate until a buyer’s truck is at the dock.
The point of the holding is a short chain: cash grain, produce from field and glass, cut flowers with florist supplies, and everyday nondurable goods. Own planting area plus own stores drops a middle trader and still hits a promised window. Write the desk for a grain lot, a produce pallet, a cooler fill, or a mixed drop.

Five lines
What leaves the holding
Each line has its own room or ticket. Say the line in the first sentence of an email so the dock does not mix a grain lot with a flower cooler.

Field crop farm
Open-ground cereals, grain legumes, and technical crops. Variety, harvest week, and moisture sit on the ticket before a lot is offered.

Cash grains farm
Wheat, barley, maize, and other cash grains leave the header for sale, not for a closed feed loop. Lots are graded and held dry until a buyer names a lift date at the Dnipro desk.

Wholesale fruit and vegetables
Fresh produce from field and greenhouse, packed in crates. Climate rooms keep the bay cool so outdoor and glasshouse lots can travel on the same truck.

Wholesale flowers and florist supplies
Cut stems in buckets, plus foam, kraft sleeves, and salon sundries. Flowers sit in a humid cooler, separate from produce.

Controlled rooms
Stores that keep the ticket honest
Freshness is a room setting, not a slogan. Produce and cut flowers do not share a bay. Dry nondurables stay out of both.
Produce climate bay
Fruit and vegetables sit in a cool room after packing. Roots keep their soil until wash; glasshouse fruit keeps its calyx. Morning and afternoon pallets do not share warm air.

Before you write
Do you sell from the field only, or also from the dock?
Both. Grain lots can be discussed as farm tickets. Fruit, vegetables, flowers, and nondurable goods leave from the Topolia-3 dock in Dnipro. Name which yard you need in the first line.
Can one truck mix produce and flowers?
Only if the cooler plan says so. Default is separate bays and separate lifts, because ethylene from fruit spoils stems. If you need a mixed drop, say so; we will not guess.
Do you take retail walk-ins at Topolia-3?
This is a wholesale desk, not a shop floor. Write or call first. The address is 8-a Zh/m Topolia-3, Dnipro, 49000. Hours for the dock are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
Is the holding older than 2025?
